Authorities are investigating what happened as a terrorist attack and a hate crime according, among other things, to a 180-page document that, apparently, the young man left written with his plans.

There is “some documentation” that the suspect had plans to carry out an attack on “another large store,” Gramaglia told CNN.

“He was going to get in his car and continue driving down Jefferson Avenue (where Tops supermarket is located) and continue doing the same thing”added the commissioner.

US President Joe Biden is scheduled to travel to buffalo on Tuesday to honor the victims and offer condolences to their families.
