“I am very sorry for this situation, but I do not accept that anyone is above the countries, I do not accept hegemony, neither from China nor from Russia or from any country”he continued.

“The United States recognizes and respects the position of allies in support of inclusive dialogue. Non-governmental representatives from Cuba, Venezuela and Nicaragua are registered to participate in the three stakeholder forums”, the Washington official said.

The Mexican president highlighted the “very good relationship” he has with his American counterpart. “He is a good man” who faced “pressure from the Republicans” not to invite Cuba, Nicaragua and Venezuela, he explained.
