Trailer driver where 51 migrants died pretended to be a survivor, but has already been arrested

The commissioner of the National Institute of Migration of Mexico, Francisco Garduño Yáñez, reported that the ICE (United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement Service) reported three detainees in the case of The 51 migrants found dead in a trailer in San Antonio, Texasis Homero N, who was identified as the driver of the truck and who pretended to be a survivor.

Garduño Yáñez pointed out that the SRE and the Mexican consulate in San Antonio maintain communication with United States immigration authorities to help with investigations and exchange information.
