Man who was thrown from the third floor during a couple’s argument dies

Even a care center in the northeast of Medellin Judicial experts arrived to carry out the technical inspection of the body of José Melquisedec Machado, 52, who died after being under medical observation due to a severe blow he received.

The events took place in a house in the Villa del Socorro neighborhood, Santa Cruz (community 2), when Machado intervened in a couple’s argument and would have been thrown into the void.

”It was a situation of domestic violence that occurred on the third floor of a house. Apparently, a 34-year-old person attacks this person, who, presumably, is thrown from this height”, reported Major Richard Moncayo, commander of District 1 of the Manrique Police.

Machado, a resident of the sector, managed to be transferred to a care center, where he died a day later.

The alleged aggressor was captured and left at the disposal of a judicial authority.
