Carlos Pérez Ampueda, Vice Minister for Risk Management and Civil Protection, confirmed that at least 20 houses partially collapsed on the old Caracas – La Guaira highway, Venezuelaas a result of the rains this Thursday, November 10.
Earlier, videos were released of the damage caused by the torrent in the El Limón neighborhood, Catia, which has been affected several times in recent weeks.
