A woman who claims to have been pressured to have an abortion by conservative Senate candidate, Herschel Walkerchallenged him on Tuesday to face her and deny the accusation before the December 6 elections.
The candidate, a retired football star-turned-politician who has made the war on abortion a central focus of his campaign, has denied knowing the woman.

“I was shocked when you denied knowing me. We were together for six years.” the accuser said this Tuesday in tears at a press conference in Los Angeles. “You met my parents.”
“Are you willing to do anything including lie to the voters in Georgia to become a senator?”the woman inquired. “Do you dare to see me face to face and tell me that you don’t know me and that this is a lie?”
Walkerfrom the Republican party and supported by former president donald trump, fights for the Georgia State Senate seat. It will be measured again at the polls with the Democrat Raphael Warnockafter neither of them obtained more than half of the votes in the close elections of November 8.
The accuser claims that she had an extramarital affair with the then Dallas Cowboys player from 1987 to 1993, when she discovered she was pregnant.
She says he pressured her to have an abortion, and that when she backed out at the clinic, Walker personally gave her a lift, paid for the procedure, and waited in the car until the end to take her home.
The 60-year-old former athlete was accused in October by another woman who claims she had an abortion under pressure from him in 2009. Walker, whose campaign has been plagued by personal scandals including domestic violence and the admission of three illegitimate children, denies this too. .
“I was going to take this to the grave” the second accuser said Tuesday. “But after the first woman accused him in October, I heard him say on television that he had never asked anyone for an abortion. (…) And I knew that she was lying. He needed to talk.”
