In a statement, Russian diplomacy indicates that on that day “a group of people burned the state flag of the Russian Federation”.
For this reason, Moscow made a diplomatic representation to the Finnish side through the Foreign Ministry, “during which it was stated that such actions are considered an unprecedented and unacceptable act of desecration of the state symbol” From Russia.
