NATO: Leopard tanks will help Ukraine win the war

The Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), Jens Stoltenberg, applauded this Wednesday Germany’s decision to authorize the transfer of Leopard tanks Ukrainian forces, claiming they can “help Ukraine win.”
