Puebla group meets in Argentina and supports Cristina for “judicial harassment”

The Chilean Marco Enriquez-Ominamione of the founders of Puebla GroupHe referred directly to “judicial harassment” suffered by the former Argentine president (2007-2015) and added that “The challenge of Justice is not complicated, but complex”.

The former deputy referred to the recent creation in Chile of the Freedom and Democracy Groupall center-right political leaders, of whom he said that they were born with the purpose of “arm against the Puebla Group” and to those who proposed, instead, “a discussion of ideas”.

For his part, former Colombian President Ernesto Samper commented that the ‘lawfare’ (judicial war) against progressive leaders “obey the same film, edited from USA”.

Since 1975, when they saw that they could no longer intervene with the marines in our countries, that they could no longer improvise military juntas to torture civilians, they designed a judicial system”, indicated the former Secretary General of Unasur.

In his opinion, the “terrifying alliance“between economic and communication groups that generate false news or false witnesses contributes to this judicial persecution, which has as its objective”block the social progress of these countries”.

The Puebla Group convened this international meeting as “back” to the Vice President of Argentina, Cristina Kirchnerwithin the framework of III World Forum on Human Rightswhich is being held this week in Buenos Aires.

This discussion forum was created in 2019 in the Mexican city of Puebla and includes leaders such as former presidents Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero (Spain), Rafael Correa (Ecuador), Evo Morales (Bolivia) and Ernest Samper (Colombia). One of its highest representatives, absent today, is the current Brazilian president, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva.
