the argentinian president Alberto Fernandez will travel next week to USA to meet with Joe Bidenconfirmed this Saturday the White House through a statement.
The meeting will take place next Wednesday the 29th after the conclusion of the first day of the second Democracy Summit in which the Argentine will participate. Biden will receive Fernández for a bilateral meeting in the White House.

“The leaders will celebrate 200 years of bilateral relations between USA and Argentina and reiterate the strength of the association”, the statement said.
They will also discuss how the United States and Argentina can continue to partner to address global challenges and further advance areas of mutual national interest, including critical minerals, climate change, space, and technology.
They will also discuss economic cooperation and “their shared values of inclusion, democracy and protection of human rights”.

The Summit for Democracy is an event organized by the US president, for the second consecutive year, and which began “in the face of continuing and alarming challenges to democracy and universal human rights around the world”, as explained last year by Biden himself, who has invited several heads of state to participate in person or virtually in the event.
