The Quito Metro rate has been established through the Metropolitan Ordinance, at 45 cents for a one-way trip. The reduced rate for students up to high school and seniors will be 22 cents on the dollar and the preferential rate for people with disabilities was established at 10 cents on the dollar.

Digital charging will be activated in subsequent stages as part of the multimodal collection system.

Among the authorized stations are The farmer, inaquito, Carolina, common, San Francisco, cupcake, Playtime, solanda, moran valverde and Quitumbe.

Each train will mobilize more than 1,200 people, noted the Municipality, recalling that from January 23 to April 18, more than 200,000 people were part of the dynamic induction trips, knowing the stations, becoming familiar with the schedules, the system operations, trains, infrastructure, collection system and the staff of the operating company.

592 passenger trips have been made, covering more than 13,000 kilometres.
