A US court will examine whether Prince Harry obtained his visa irregularly

a court of USA will examine this Tuesday if the prince harry of England obtained his visa to enter the country irregularly, after the revelations about his drug use in the book “Spare” have raised doubts about the process.

Specifically, a court of Washington will evaluate a demand imposed by the heritage foundationa think tank of conservative ideology, against the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for information related to the visa approval process for the duke of sussex.

The Heritage Foundation argues that “US law generally considers a person inadmissible for entry” in the country if there is evidence that you have used drugs in the past.

In his memoir “Spare”, the British duke recounts that he used drugs as a teenager, as cocaine and dopeand that he even consulted with a woman with “powers”, without giving his name or saying if he was a psychic, who told him that his mother, the deceased Diana of Walesapproved his decision to start a new life in the US with his wife, the American actress Meghan Markle.

Harry and Markle live in California since 2020, following his decision to leave the British royal family.
