“Extensive media coverage has highlighted the question of whether the dhs properly admitted the Duke of Sussex in view of the fact that he has publicly admitted to committing drug offenses both in USA like abroad”, can be read in the lawsuit, to which the CBS chain has had access.
The Heritage Foundation argues that “US law generally considers a person inadmissible for entry” in the country if there is evidence that you have used drugs in the past.
The lawsuit also seeks to have Harry’s immigration history made public by the “huge interest” of the case.
