They accuse a policeman of sexual abuse who invited a child to a nude beach

Southern police Florida Juan Antonio García faces a charge of attempted sexual exploitation of a 15-year-old boy whom he allegedly invited to a nude beach, among other sexual requests, the Prosecutor’s Office reported Monday.

Garcia, 30, appeared last Friday in court in Ft. Pierce, on the east coast of Florida, where he is charged with a federal charge for attempting to produce child pornography.

The defendant, a Sewall’s Point police officer, was sending sexually explicit text messages to the minor asking him to accompany him to a nude beach in Saint Lucie County, according to the affidavit in the criminal complaint.

Among other sexual requests, Garcia He is accused of sending text messages to the minor’s phone instructing him to send him a video of the boy masturbating.

On November 23, Garcia He sent a text message to the boy’s phone, asking him to meet Garcia at a local park for oral sex, according to the allegations.

When Garcia, who is on administrative leave without pay while the investigation is progressing, arrived at the park, the agents of the law detained him.

Garcia’s arrest hearing is scheduled for next Friday and his arraignment is scheduled for December 17.

Both proceedings will take place in a federal trial court in West Palm Beach, north of Miami.

If convicted, Garcia faces between 15 and 30 years in federal prison.
