As a result of the medical expenses she incurred to treat the infection, the woman had to sell her house where she lived with her youngest daughter.

The lawsuit against Tammy’s Nails 2 Its filed in May 2020, and in response, the salon blamed the woman for not seeking immediate medical attention or “making reasonable efforts to prevent the development of the infection.”
