U.S. Supreme Court Tombs Biden’s Decision to Impose Vaccination on Businesses

The Supreme Court of U.S on Thursday blocked the decision of President Joe Biden to impose anticovid vaccination in companies with more than 100 employees, which represents a severe blow to the efforts of the Democratic leader.

But in contrast, the high cut validated the obligation to vaccination for employees of health institutions that depend on federal funds.

The six conservative judges of the cut voted against the initiative announced by Biden in September so that the vaccination or weekly covid tests were mandatory in large Business. While the three liberals opined in the opposite direction.

Meanwhile, in the case of health workers, the obligation to get vaccinated was approved in a 5-4 vote, in which conservative judges John Roberts and Brett Kavanaugh voted alongside the three liberals.
