  • 4 chicken drumsticks
  • 1/2 cup of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • Kion to taste, grated
  • 100 ml of water
  • Chinese onion to decorate (optional)

We will start by preparing our marinade with soy sauce, mustard, hoisin, garlic and grated ginger. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade to let them rest for at least 30 minutes. Then, in a skillet over medium heat, put a splash of oil and seal the chicken pieces on both sides. Starting with the skin side and without moving more than to turn once it is well browned. In the same pan we add the marinade liquid over the chicken pieces and, also, water to lighten the mixture. We take the oven previously preheated to 180 ° C for 15 to 20 minutes and, after this time, remove from the oven, sprinkle with Chinese onion and we are ready to serve.
