- 15 wonton dough sheets
Stuffed:
- 100 grams cream cheese
- 500 grams of ricotta cheese
- 1 bag of spinach
- 1/4 bunch of basil
- 50 grams of Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
- As much as you want of your favorite sauce and Parmesan cheese to gratin

For the filling:
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. If you don’t have a food processor, you can also do it in a blender by adding a little milk to amalgamate or you can also chop everything until you get a paste. With the help of a bag or pastry bag, pour a sufficient amount over a square of raw wonton dough so that when it is rolled up, there are no air pockets. Arrange on a baking tray, cover entirely with the sauce of your choice and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 to 45 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese, gratin and serve.
