Quinoa salad: the recipe for a healthy alternative for this summer

In summer, many of us want to eat salads that are fresh and filling. Now, it is very simple to prepare a good quinoa salad thanks to the advice of Yo Madre’s Recipes. Put this into practice recipe and surprise at home.

Ingredients

  • a cup of quinoa
  • 1/2 cup of parboiled and shelled corn
  • 2 peeled and chopped tomatoes
  • 150 grams of fresh cheese
  • 1 white onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped olives
  • 1 avocado
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In a bowl we put the quinoa that we have previously parboiled for 20 minutes and let it cool, previously drained. Add the other ingredients and cut into squares and season with olive oil, pepper and salt. The salad will be ready to enjoy and you can accompany it with the meat that you like the most.
