Baked fish recipe with parsley and lemon

Ingredients:

  • 50 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh or soy milk
  • 1/4 kg fresh cheese slices
  • 2 pores in rings, white part, in sheets
  • 4 medium white potatoes peeled, sliced
  • Potato cake:
  • 4 fish fillets
  • salt and pepper
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp parsley, minced
  • 1huevo
  • 1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
  • salt and pepper

Mix the Parmesan cheese with the parsley and a tablespoon of butter. Pour in the lemon juice and stir until you get a smooth paste. Season the fish fillets and spread them with the previous paste. Place them in a glass dish greased with a tablespoon of butter. Reserve. Preheat the oven to 350 ° C. Put the potatoes in a bowl of water and let them soak. Grease a mold with the rest of the butter and place a layer of potato, one of leek and one of fresh cheese on top. Repeat the procedure and finish with a layer of potato. Mix the milk with the egg and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour the mixture over the mold. Lower the temperature to 180 ºC and bake the preparation for 30 minutes. Eight minutes before the cake is ready, place the fish in the oven and let it bake. Serve.
