The price of the dollar in Venezuela according to DolarToday operated this Monday in the midst of the country’s impulse to maintain a bilateral relationship with four other countries in the Turkish forum.

The dollar stood at 4.43 digital bolivars today in the informal market in Venezuela, according to data from the DolarToday portal. According to Dollar Monitor, the greenback is quoted on average at 4.47 bolivars.

WHAT HAPPENS TODAY IN VENEZUELA?

Venezuelan Foreign Minister Félix Plasencia promoted this Sunday the Caribbean country’s bilateral relationship with South Africa, Somalia, Singapore and Turkey during meetings held with representatives of the governments of these nations with whom he reviewed the binational agenda and expressed Venezuela’s intention to strengthen existing ties.

According to a press release from the Venezuelan Foreign Ministry, the meetings took place within the framework of the II Antalya Diplomatic Forum, which takes place in Turkey and ends this Sunday.

During today’s session, Plasencia held a meeting with his counterpart from the Federal Republic of Somalia, Abisaid Muse Ali, with whom he discussed the coincidences of both nations and agreed on the “full determination to strengthen the ties of cooperation and solidarity”.

The Venezuelan Foreign Ministry also collected details of the meeting between Plasencia and the Turkish Foreign Minister, Mevlüt Çavusoglu.
