The price of the dollar in Colombia for this Wednesday, June 22, 2022 is 4,018 Colombian pesos, according to data from the Bloomberg agency.
Regionally, Latin American currencies were mixed on Tuesday as most stock markets rose on lower risk aversion, though fears of a global recession kept investors cautious on a day in which Colombian markets recorded heavy losses.
According to the Reuters agency, the Colombian markets led the falls, as a reaction to the victory of leftist Gustavo Petro in the presidential elections over the weekend, which accentuated investors’ fears about some of his proposals.
