Juan Antonio Germán will leave the direction of External Relations and Patronage of Mercadona

The company will start a transition process of its responsibilities over the next few months, led by the Management Committee.

Juan Antonio Germa¡n, General Director of External Relations and Patronage of Mercadona, has agreed to leave the company for the next few months and his position on the Management Committee, of which he has been a member for the last 15 years, according to the company chaired by Juan Roig it’s a statement.

Germa¡n joined Mercadona in 1991 and has had different responsibilities in the Legal Advisory and Expansion and Works teams, until he joined the Company’s Management Committee in 2005, as a result of internal promotion, as general director of External Relations and Patronage.

Through the same statement, the CEO wanted to thank the president of Mercadona, Juan Roig, his colleagues on the Management Committee and collaborators “for the trust placed all these years, in which it has been a proud to be part of this great team “.

Mercadona, for its part, recognizes “the great work that it has carried out throughout this time, as well as the dedication and effort with which it has contributed to building this great project”.

With this decision, the company begins an orderly transition process within the Department of External Relations and Patronage, which will be led by the company’s Management Committee.
