On November 30, the Peruvian holding company announced yesterday– through an event of importance– that it entered into a purchase and sale agreement with Fonterra Investments for the acquisition of 100% of the shares of New Zealand Milk (Latam) LTD and to finally acquire blow him Investments and its subsidiaries in the southern country.

Through a statement sent to the Commission for the Financial Market (CMF), the Peruvian dairy company reported that the FNE “resolved to purely and simply approve the transaction” that had begun on November 17.
Soprole, which has 15 brands, has 29.3% of the Chilean dairy market, which the Peruvian company will inherit towards its regional consolidation.
