His startup has become a benchmark in this field and will soon conduct a diagnostic of the city of Paris in collaboration with the Paris Urban Planning Workshop (Apur). It has seen demand surge in recent months.

Political will to accelerate work on this topic, in part to respond to the housing crisis, is growing. During a visit to Villejuif (Val-de-Marne) on February 14, Prime Minister Gabriel Attal said he wanted to make construction easier, with “elevation” in mind. “I hope that from 2025 we will build vertically in all major cities in France,” he assured.
