‘We’re going to triple our production’: this pair of brewers show off their ambitions in Toulouse

With a new structure and new premises, craft brewery Anywhere Beer Factory is getting serious about its growth. Thanks to the success of BBT Brasseur Toulousain, a microbrewery specializing in North American beers located in Cornebarie (Haute-Garonne), its founders decided to scale up, investing €1.3 million in new facilities in Merville, north of Toulouse. A company entirely dedicated to the production and distribution of craft beer, run by married couple Joanie and Simon Mabille, now brews beer under the name Anywhere Beer Factory. The idea is to continue supplying its network of 200 points of sale and offer an innovative offer for professionals, namely the delivery of fresh beer in 1000 liter serving tanks.

“With Simon, my husband and brewmaster, we continue our range under the same name, but Cornebarrie was too crowded for us, hence the choice of a new state-of-the-art facility,” explains Joanie Mabille, brewer and co-founder of Anywhere Beer. Factory. We want to develop innovative distribution methods, such as refrigerated delivery in dispensing containers, which avoids the handling, as well as the costs associated with the placement, storage and cleaning of conventional stainless steel drums. » This device is intended for professionals in places with high beer production: it reduces waste, since losses per barrel are estimated at more than 10%. There is no longer a need for storage space for stainless steel drums, the tank is directly connected to the dispenser, eliminating the risk of industrial accidents associated with carrying heavy loads.

The brewery, which has just signed an exclusive contract with the Halle de la Cartoucherie in Toulouse, hopes to triple its production this year, increasing from 1,500 hectoliters to 4,500 hectoliters. To introduce itself to the public, it opens its doors on June 22 and 23.
