The Spanish stock market begins the week with an increase of 0.22% encouraged by Wall Street

The Spanish stock market started this Monday with a rise of 0.22%, encouraged by the upward trend with which Wall Street closed last Friday, after data from the labor market were released that were weaker than expected, which improves the outlook for a possible interest rate cut in the US

At the opening this Monday, the IBEX 35, the main Spanish index, is trading at 10,887.2 points after adding 0.22%. The accumulated profits for the year reach 7.77%.

On a festive day in Japan and the United Kingdom, in Spain, Indra, which has presented results, stands out by rising 3.11%, while the market will be watching Sabadell, which must give a response to the merger proposal launched by BBVA.
