BTS at the Billboard Music Awards: Know all the Bangtan nominations

BTS, the South Korean K-pop septet, continues to reap success and is working harder than ever on their next material. BTS left the United States recently and apparently, according to certain rumors, will soon return to American lands. The Bangtan boys finished the four shows scheduled for April 8, 9, 15 and 16 in Las Vegas; after that they returned to South Korea on April 18 (KST time).

On the other hand, the leader of Bangtan, Kim Namjoon stayed in the United States for a couple more days to fulfill some pending and arrived at Incheon International Airport in the early hours of April 20.

The members of Bangtan are believed to be working on or polishing their new album, which was announced at PTD on stage Las Vegas D-4 and later confirmed by BIGHIT MUSIC. This next album could be titled “We are Bulletproof” and its release is scheduled for June 10, 2022.

According to K-media Bangtan would return to the United States for the month of May. Everything indicates that thanks to the Billboard Music Awards nominations, we will have BTS in America again. The Billboard announced their nominees at the beginning of April, in said announcement it was announced that BTS has surpassed its own personal brand accumulating for this year 7 nominations in different categories.

Where and when will the Billboard Music Awards be held?

The award ceremony will be held on Sunday, May 15, 2022, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena located in Las Vegas, United States. These facilities were also used as the venue for the 2022 Grammys gala.

BTS will attend the BBMA’s or Billboard Music Awards 2022 gala on May 15, according to South Korean media reports. There are even rumors about a secret Bangtan live performance, however; It is not unlikely since the presentations for the show have already been made official. What is certain is that BTS has received 7 nominations thanks to their singles “Butter”, “Permission to dance” and their collaboration with Coldplay, “My Universe”.
