This character is usually with his wife and his children, in the recent chapter they show us that Cletus has changed and has a higher lifestyle. To which Marge asks about her family and other aspects that have changed: What happened?

And Cletus replies: “Now my family is Carrie Underwood, Taylor Swift and the Mumfords. As well as BTS, I expect Jungkook… he’s too cute for my liking.”
