FIL Lima 2022 presents the first poster while preparing for attendance

The Lima Book Fair revealed today the first poster of the important event that, inspired by the tiles and with a portrait of the poet Fernando Pessoa, pointing out the relationship between Peru and this year’s guest country, Portugal.

There is more than one reason to celebrate this event, which after the health crisis will be held again in person between July 22 and August 7 at the Parque Próceres de la Independencia, located in Jesús María, as announced by the Peruvian Chamber of Commerce. Book.

Despite the return to face-to-face attendance, the effects of the pandemic will continue to be felt in this year’s edition of Fil Lima, which has reduced its capacity to 50% of the capacity it had in 2019, with around 130 exhibitors.

Additionally, although there will be events at the fair site, virtual meetings will also be held. Likewise, the sale of books will be maintained virtually.

This year Portugal will be the country invited to FIL Lima, although it has not yet been announced which Portuguese writers and intellectuals will visit us for the event.
