Arctic Monkeys LIVE: Everything ready for their concert with Interpol

Three years of waiting will end on November 15 when the band Arctic Monkeys will return to Lima with a concert at Arena 1 Costa Verde in San Miguel. The British band arrives in Peru as part of their “The Car” tour, which bears the same name as their seventh and most recent studio album, released on October 21.

This is the second time that the group made up of Alex Turner, Jamie Cook, Matt Helders and Nick O’Malley has performed in Lima, after a successful concert that ended as a ‘sold out’ on March 26, 2019 (which interested parties can remember – in pictures – in the following link). Today’s concert seems to follow in his footsteps, and the tickets sold out the same day they were offered.

But Arctic Monkeys will not be alone on stage, as another popular band will be performing as the opening act at today’s concert: the American band Interpol.

This is the third time that the New York rock group made up of Daniel Kessler, Sam Fogarino and Carlos Dengler. is presented in our country, after Interpol played a concert on April 9, 2019 at the Domos Art de San Miguel and, that same year, at the Vivo X el Rock festival.

Interpol will additionally have a concert for themselves on November 16 in the Parque de la Exposición amphitheater.

How to get to the concert?

Arctic Monkeys concert attendees must enter certain doors of Arena 1 Costa Verde depending on their ticket.

It is forbidden to bring food, drinks or any container of liquids. The entry of professional, semi-professional or film cameras is also prohibited. Pocket cameras and cell phones are allowed. The use of masks is optional. You can see all the recommendations here.
