After the complaint of people who could not enter the concerts of the Puerto Rican singer Bad Bunny at the National Stadium on November 13 and 14 due to the fact that the venue exceeded its capacity, among other reasons, the Teleticket company reported that it will return the money to those affected.
According to Andina, the company regretted and rejected the incidents that occurred in which a group of people caused disturbances around the National Stadium, trying to force their way into the sports venue. Let’s remember that on the first date of the ‘Bad Rabbit’ concert, a regular group of young people entered the establishment and saw the show for free.
In this line, Teleticket explained -in a statement- that this situation caused the authorities to close the doors for security, thus harming the entry of fans who were queuing to enter.
“Given some statements given in the media by the Peruvian National Police, we clarify that Teleticket does not have the power to close the doors of any venue or event. The only ones who have the authority to do so, as it happened, is the PNP, who gave the order both days to close all entrances and access until the end of the concert.”he detailed.
Finally, they informed that in the next few days they will announce -through their social networks- what the money return process will be like for those people who could not enter the event.
