Interpol in Lima: the band thanks their Peruvian fans with a fun video

American rock band Interpol offered the first of his shows in Lima as opening act for the British group Arctic Monkeys at Arena 1 Costa Verde in San Miguel. After the successful night, the members were delighted with the national public and dedicated a fun video to it on their social networks.

Through Tik Tok and Instagram, Interpol shared a video starring Daniel Kessler, who wears a black suit and sunglasses of the same color. In his hands, the artist holds a photograph of Machu Picchu and they zoom in on the llama located on the left side of the painting.

In the video, the band placed the phrase “Thank you Peru”which is accompanied by the song “Kickstart My Heart” by Mötley Crüe.

It should be remembered that this Wednesday, November 16, Interpol – made up of Paul Banks, Sam Fogarino and Daniel Kessler – will offer a second concert in Lima, but this time with its own show. The band’s main performance will take place at the Parque de la Exposición Amphitheater starting at 9 p.m.

Until now, the producer Move Concerts has specified that the doors of the venue will open from 6 pm and the opening act for Interpol will be the Peruvian Toño Jáuregui, who will take the stage at 8 pm There are still some tickets available on Teleticket.
