Lucho Cuéllar: ‘El Kiko de la cumbia’, returns to the music scene with the song “Christmas without you”

lucho cuellarbetter known as ‘El Kiko de la cumbia’, returns to the national scene with his song “Navidad sin ti”, a cumbia ballad that promises to surprise his fans.

“’Christmas Without You’ is inspired by the story of a man who loses his partner because of his mistakes, and on that family date he feels nostalgic for having lost her”was stated in a press release.

The song was composed by the Mexican singer Marco Antonio Solís in 1987, and now Lucho Cuéllar sings it in his style, a new song that he incorporates into his repertoire in order to unite the family.

According to the singer, the song also reflects his change over the years. He pointed out that he learned from his mistakes.

“Many times I have received criticism, darts, for my mistakes or for my actions, which I have learned to understand, but what is sometimes difficult for me to understand is because they still point to me, why not give it a chance. You can amend your actions, before I committed excesses, but not now”indicated the artist.

“Sometimes they criticize me for supporting other people who have also made mistakes, like what happened with John Kelvin, but that is not fair, we all have the right to a new opportunity, we must not demonize”expressed the leader of ‘The incorrigibles’.

The music video for “Christmas without you” by ‘Lucho Cuéllar y los incorrigibles’ will be released next week through the musical group’s YouTube channel.
