The third season of “queen of the south” has been available since October through telemundo. Fiction narrates the adventures of Teresa Mendoza, played by Kate del Castillo. In this season, she will form an alliance with Epifanio Vargas (Humberto Zurita), a corrupt Mexican politician and enemy from the first seasons.
The third season promises to be even better than the previous ones. On this occasion, the plot is more politically and police-oriented, ceasing to be a ‘narcoseries’. In addition, having been recorded in several Latin American countries, it is one of the most ambitious in terms of scenery.
As is known, in recent chapters, landscapes of Peru have been shown. These scenes were recorded during October 2021, and Peruvian actors such as Mayella Lloclla, Gerardo Zamora and Rodrigo Palacios participated).
“I never thought that my work would take me to a place as beautiful as Machu Picchu. I don’t know how the Telemundo executives were able to get us to film there. It is masterful, it is a place that fills you with energy, I have rarely experienced anything like this. It is a very beautiful country. I hope I can return, but on vacation”, revealed Kate del Castillo in an interview she gave for El Comercio a few months ago.
