american actor Tom Cruise sent an affectionate greeting to his followers in gratitude for the support his movie “Top Gun: Maverick” has received, released in May of this year. But the peculiar thing is that he did it by jumping out of a plane.

Through a video posted on his social networks, the award-winning actor is seen in a kind of small plane with writer-director Christopher McQuarrie, who is in charge of the next film in the “Mission Impossible” saga starring Tom Cruise.

“Hello everyone, here we are in amazing South Africa, filming the first and second parts of ‘Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning’”says the interpreter. “I didn’t want to end the year without thanking everyone for going to the movies and for supporting ‘Top Gun: Maverick.'” added.

After jumping into the void, Tom Cruise thanks for “Allowing us to entertain you is truly the greatest honor of my life. I’m very lucky (…) I’m running out of height, so I have to get back to work, we have to get this shot. Have a happy and beautiful holiday. See you in the cinema”.
