“Navigators”: Patricia del Río will lead a new program of the PUCP Bookstore

The PUCP Bookstore has announced the launch of its new program “Navegantes”, which will premiere this Friday, May 5 at 6:00 p.m. This space will be broadcast through the social networks of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP), like YouTube and Spotify, and will be focused on literary, cultural and knowledge topics. “Navigators” seeks to be a window to the world of knowledge and culture for young people and anyone interested in the world of books of various genres such as literature, fiction, non-fiction, journalism, economics, science, children’s, youth, among others. In addition to encouraging the exchange of ideas and opinions, the program also aims to revolutionize the way you discover new reading.

During the recordings, “Navegantes” will receive the public at the PUCP Bookstore, giving them the opportunity to be up close and in person with the invited authors and specialists. The first episode, entitled “I write so that you read me”, will feature the participation of the prominent writer Giovanna Pollarolo and the renowned writer Alonso Cueto, professors of the Master’s Degree in Creative Writing at PUCP, who will explore the motivations behind creative writing .

In addition, each month different guests such as writers, editors, scientists, economists, researchers and journalists will appear, who will have a conversation about culture and reflect on the latest editorial releases.
