Marama cancels concert in Lima and excesses are presented

Yesterday, April 29, the Uruguayan cumbia pop band had a concert scheduled in Lima, however, prior to their presentation there were various incidents, so the band canceled the concert with the public already waiting for them, which caused indignation and annoyance in the thousands of young people who attended the Green Arena located in lurin.

“People from Lima, I am Agus de maramaDue to security problems we will not be able to play, there are some injured, we will be attentive to see if we can meet again, but do not worry that we will see you again ”, was the message that the band provided in their Instagram stories.

Through social networks, some of the attendees at the Marama band concert have raised their voices in protest demanding that their money be returned and telling how their disastrous experience was from start to finish.

“I have bruises on my leg from everything we went through, the entrance had a puddle that people had to go through and had to cross to another place. There were two queues, in the first one people were sneaking in because there was no other way to get in, in the second one people were pushing each other badly and in the women’s queue there was a commotion since the security didn’t read our QRs to avoid that we suffocate”was the testimony of one of the many attendees at the event.

@jsalzaa I don’t know who sees it but pttt fatal and I’m sorry for saying literally/literally, but everything I told was as things happened #marama #qarola #peru #2023 ♬ original sound – mehhh

In addition, many injured people were also reported due to the fall of an “elevated box” with more than 15 people to its credit, who had to be taken in ambulances to receive medical attention. According to the users who denounce the fact, this occurred because the maximum capacity of the place was exceeded and nobody was regulating it.

The organizer of the event, Qarola, so far has not ruled on what happened, so the young people are waiting for the return of their money. It should be noted that the Uruguayan band has a show scheduled for today in the city of Ica.
