“Chicks on the Run 2” already has a release date on Netflix!

More than two decades after the premiere of “Pollitos en fuga”, Netflix announced that the sequel “Chickens on the Run: The Origin of the Nuggets” (“Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget” in its original language) will be released at the end of this 2023. Directed by Sam Fell (“ParaNorman”), the film will feature Zachary Levi (“Shazam!”) and Thandiwe Newton (“Beloved”).

In this second installment, Ginger and Rocky will welcome their mischievous daughter named Molly. Do you want to know since when you can enjoy “Chicks on the run 2”? In this note we tell you all the details.

Netflix confirmed that the long-awaited sequel “Chickens on the Run: Rise of the Nuggets” will arrive on its streaming platform next Friday December 15, 2023just before the Christmas dates.

The second part of “Chicks on the Run” follows the story of Ginger, who has managed to successfully escape from Tweedy’s farm in a daring and risky way. In “Chicks on the Run: Rise of the Nuggets,” she has discovered her ideal place: an idyllic island retreat where the entire flock can live in harmony, without any risk to humans.

“With the arrival of a new member, Molly, hatched by Ginger and Rocky, it seems that the fairy tale ending has come true for her. However, all the chickens are now facing a threatening and unexpected danger in their lives.”, adds the synopsis.

For “Chicken on the Run: Rise of the Nuggets,” the voice cast has been revamped. It is thus that we will have Zachary Levi and Thandiwe Newton with the main voices of Rocky and Ginger.
