“Kraven the Hunter”: Trailer reveals the origin of one of Spider-Man’s most fearsome villains

Sony continues to explore the universe of antagonists of spider-manthis time it was the turn of “Kraven the Hunter”, whose trailer has been revealed and has caused various reactions by showing an origin story without the intervention of the popular ‘Spider-Man’, just as spin offs have already been made as “Venom” and “Morbius”.

In the movie “Kraven the Hunter”, the story will focus on the origin of the villain played by actor Aaron Taylor-Johnson, who will move away from the more mature vision of the character in the comics.

Through the official networks of Sony Pictures, the trailer was published where you can see the character also known as ‘Sergei Kravinoff’, climbing cars during a chase, to later move to his past and meet his father and half-brother, Dmitri Smerdyakov .

As if that were not enough, in the first advance you can also explore the childhood of ‘Kraven’ and the origin of his connection with animals. Plus, we get our first look at the iconic outfit worn by the “Spider-Man” villain.

“Kraven the Hunter” stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson and has a luxury cast made up of Russell Crowe, Alessandro Nivola, Ariana DeBose, Fred Hechinger, Levi Miller and Christopher Abbott. The film will premiere in October 2023.
