Roger Waters concert is confirmed to take place at the National Stadium in Lima

Kandavu Producciones, the company that organizes the concert of Roger Waters in Peru, confirmed that the National Stadium will be the place that will receive the former member of Pink Floyd on November 29.

The announcement was made after the latest events related to the restrictions in different venues in Lima for the staging of massive musical shows.

“It is necessary to inform you that the concert ‘Roger Waters, farewell concert’ will take place on November 29, 2023 at the National Stadium, as it had been scheduled from the beginning”, The company communicated through its social networks.

Kandavu’s announcement, confirming the Show by Roger Waters, is performed just on the day of his 80th birthday. Born in Surrey, England, the musician was the author of emblematic records such as The dark side of the moon.

On the other hand, the production house Kandavu commented that they have new limitations to carry out the musician’s show in Peru. This is due to the reduction of the deadlines for the correct implementation of the Show. However, they indicated that they are working to offer a quality concert.

“We are doing our best efforts and working very hard despite the new restrictions we have to face. […] This with the purpose that the concert is carried out as you expect and meet the expectations […]”, Kandavu added.
