Vania Masías and her cast join “Havana Fénix” at the Gran Teatro Nacional

The fusion dance show “Habana Fénix”, created by Cuban choreographer Lizt Alfonso, will arrive with two dates at the Gran Teatro Nacional. For its presentation, the show will have as guests the company D1 of Vania Masias, on November 11 and 12. Tickets are on sale through Teleticket.

“Havana Fénix is ​​a rebirth like the phoenix, a story that is shared worldwide,” said Lizt Alfonso, ambassador of Cuban culture who seeks to bring the public closer to the history of her homeland.

Lizt Alfonso is world-renowned for her own style and in her quest to associate and strengthen cultures, she invited the school of Vania Masias, who will present a special act that will reflect Peruvian roots and that will definitely surprise viewers.

“We have rethought a piece that was part of a show called ‘Imagina Perú’. This is a first approach with Lizt Alfonso and I hope that more collaborations will be developed between the two companies”assured, for her part, Vania Masías.

“Havana Fénix” is a piece created by the talented fusion dance teacher, Lizt Alfonso, who is inspired by the mystique of Havana and pays tribute to the City’s Historian, Eusebio Leal (1942-2020).
