Feid and Manuel Turizo win the 40 Santander Music Awards with three awards each

The singer Feid has won at the 40 Music Awards Santander 2023 gala, which took place this Friday at the Wizink Center in Madrid, where it has achieved three of the six awards for which it was nominated in these awards dedicated to the most outstanding artists of national and international music.

Likewise, another of the great winners has been Manuel Turizo, after receiving the awards for best album, as well as best festival, tour or concert, and best Latin song with ‘El merengue’, all in the global Latin category, thus materializing three of his six candidacies.

On the other hand, Young Miko, in addition to winning the award for best new artist or group in the Global Latin category, also took the stage to collect the award for best urban song, which was won by the song ‘Classy 101’, along with Feid, who has been one of the kings of the night by also winning the awards for best urban artist or producer and best urban collaboration for ‘Hey Mor’, with Ozuna.

Another of the most anticipated of the night was Aitana, who took the stage with a total change of look to receive the award for best video clip in the Spain category for ‘Las Babies’ and for best album for ‘alpha’.

In this same category, among the most anticipated awards, Depol has been considered the best artist or group from 40 to 1, Vicco as the best new artist or group, while Ana Mena has won the award for best global artist or group .

The singer Abraham Mateo was another of the stars of the night, since in addition to bringing the eighties to the public with his song ‘Maniaca’, he received the award for best collaboration for ‘Clavaíto’, a song performed with Chanel.

The Wizink Center has also traveled in time thanks to Take That, the iconic British boy-band that unleashed nineties fever with two songs, ‘Windows’ and ‘Patience’, before collecting the Golden Music Awards.

This same award has also been awarded to Ozuna, in recognition of her career as a reference for improvement and motivation for young people, as well as to Shakira, despite not having been able to attend the gala.

However, there have also been some lapses on the part of the presenters when announcing the winners of the international category, although Dua Lipa was finally named best artist or group and Taylor Swift was named best album. with ‘Midnights’, despite the initial oversight.

Likewise, in this same category, the winner of this year’s edition of Eurovision, Loreen, has won the award for best artist or group, while Tom Odell has collected the award for best live artist or group.
