From “This is war” to “Dancing”: Milett Figueroa, the Peruvian who is already international and has no male friends

Milett Figueroa (June 10, 1992) was always a girl of photographs and controversies. She began her modeling career by appearing on the cover of Surrealista magazine, where she posed semi-naked, covered only in the flag of her native Arequipa. She was only 14 years old. This first encounter with lights and flashes left a deep impression on Figueroa, showing the path she would take for the rest of her life.

An exposed life

Shortly after, consistent with his idea of ​​achieving recognition and popularity, he studied acting in Lima, but did not finish his career due to the low remuneration he received from his main sources of income. At the age of 17 she made her first casting for television, but it would not be until two years later that he would debut on television in the program directed by Renzo Schuller and Gian Piero Díaz, “Dame que te dio”. This moment would not last long, as the program would be canceled and the popular program “Combate” (2011) would begin, where Milett would make his big leap.

After being linked to multiple scandals that linked her to figures such as Christian Meier, César Acuña Jr., Jean Paul Santa María and others, the artist decided to briefly step away from the television cameras and then return at the age of 21 to television programs, being “This es Guerra” (2013), the program where she would become known after a year as a competitor. However, she would again be involved in the controversy after learning of her relationship with the model Guty Carrea, who was Melissa Loza’s partner, which is why the model withdrew from the program.

In 2016, she returned to the theater with “Papito Legs Long” and she was a guest model in the Miss Peru World and Universe pageant, but she did not compete due to health reasons. However, she managed to participate in the Miss Supertalent pageant in South Korea, where she won and shared the title with Natalie Stejskalova.

In 2017, she landed a role in “Back to the Neighborhood,” where she played Ninfa Ceferina as part of the main cast. At the same time, she was part of the cast of the film “Buscando el Nirvana” (2017), followed by the Spanish film “Vampiras: the brides” (2022) and “The worst of my weddings 3” (2023). This last film was released during the actress’s participation in the program “The Great Chef: Celebrities”, which concluded in the May 28 edition, when a dish fell to the floor and the model left in tears.

With experience in dance during her participation in “The Great Show” – where she was the winner of season 15 -, as well as in “The Great Show: Kings of the Show”, “The Great Show: World Dance Championship” and other small presentations dance in different programs, the artist is now positioned as one of the favorites in the Argentine program “Bailando 2023”, where she was summoned by the presenter Marcelo Tinelli, with whom she is trying to be romantically linked, something that does not worry Figueroa, who At 31 years old and with extensive experience in the Peruvian entertainment industry, he already knows how to deal with it.

Prior to the kiss, the actress was confronted by the jury of the Argentine dance program with questions that directly affect her romantic situation and her bond with the host of the program. To which Figueroa sentenced:
