“The heart of the moon”: ULima will screen a film starring Haydeé Cáceres, admission is free

The University of Lima will screen the film “The heart of the moon”, directed by the filmmaker Aldo Salvini and starring the actress Haydee Caceres as part of a special function for the ninth Film Week.

The Peruvian science fiction feature film will be broadcast in the Rear Window room of the study center, admission is free by showing an identification document.

In that sense, the university reported that “El corazón de la luna” will be screened on Saturday, November 18 at 7:15 pm. People interested in the event can approach the institution’s building on Manuel Olguín Avenue No. 125. , in Santiago de Surco, and through door 9 of Jr. Cruz del Sur.

On the other hand, the University of Lima Film Week will culminate this November 19 with three other film screenings. The complete agenda can be viewed on the event website.

At the screening of “El corazón de la luna”, attendees must bring their physical and current ID to identify themselves. It should be noted that the Rear Window room has a maximum capacity of 137 people and seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

“The Heart of the Moon” is a film directed by filmmaker Aldo Salvini and stars actress Haydeé Cáceres. The production was carried out with the support of the University of Lima. The film won the award for best science fiction film at the 2021 London Film Festival.

The film tells the story of M (Haydeé Cáceres), an older adult who lives in poverty at the mercy of abandonment. She decides to share her memories with an ant, until a robot or mechanical angel comes to rescue her from it.
