Christian Meier will not participate in the tribute to Pedro Suárez-Vértiz: What was the reason?

“For personal reasons I will not be participating in the tribute to my dear friend Pedro Suárez-Vértiz. […] “I have personally apologized to Cynthia and her children, who have kindly understood the reasons for my absence and whom I always carry with me very much.”said the actor.

As recalled, the festival that will pay tribute to Suárez-Vértiz, who died on December 28, will bring together several artists such as Gianmarco, Raúl Romero, Eva Ayllón, Daniel Darcourt, Deyvis Orosco, Amy Gutiérrez and others.

Although at first it was believed that Meier would be part of the shortlist of guest singers, given his refusal, the performer assured that he would perform a tribute on his own.

“For my part, this Saturday 1/27 at the Vibra-Perú festival, I will dedicate the show to Pedro and pay tribute to him in a special way. Thank you all and see you there”he added.

The “When you think about returning” festival, which will pay tribute to the musical career of Pedro Suárez-Vértiz, will be held at the San Marcos stadium on February 16. Tickets are on sale on the Teleticket website.

Tommy Portual, Ezio Oliva, the band Afrodisiaco, Pelo D’ Ambrosio, Antología and Pedro Suárez-Vértiz la Banda will also perform. Tickets cost from S/ 49.80.
