“Single, married, widowed, divorced” is preselected for the Platino Awards

The Ibero-American Federation of Cinematographic and Audiovisual Producers (FIPCA) preselected, among 23 countries, the film “Single, married, widowed, divorced” for Best Ibero-American Fiction Film at the Platino Awards.

“Knowing that “Single, married, widowed, divorced” is preselected for Best Ibero-American fiction film, in the comedy genre, is already a great achievement for us”indicated Ani Alva Helfer, director of the film.

After that, he added: “I never imagined the great impact this film would have inside and outside our country, I am grateful to life for all this beautiful thing that is happening to us.”

In addition, “Single, Married, Widowed, Divorced” was also shortlisted in the Best Original Music category, for the work that composer and music producer Karin Zielinski did for the film.

“The music, the script, the performances… everything conspired so that this film that talks about friendship became the most beloved film of many women, we are very grateful,” comments Gianella Neyra, producer of the film, together with La Soga Producciones.

Likewise, the film, which starred Katia Condos, Patricia Portocarrero, Milene Vásquez and Gianella Neyra, has also been competing in the Luces Awards for “Best Film”, while, for this same film, Milene and Gianella are competing for “Best Actress in Cinema”. You can vote until Sunday, March 3.
