Alex Ramírez, legend of Peruvian salsa, presents ‘A mi me va bien’, his new album

Alex Ramírez, former orchestra singer Camaguey, is not only a meaning of good salsa, great performance and years of experience dominating impressive stages; is the Peruvian sonero who arrives expressing all his ability to make the entire world enjoy with a new album that is already on all digital platforms.

With more than 30 years of musical career, from an early age of eight, his talent and passion for music led him to win the prestigious Springboard to Fame contest, Augusto Ferrandoin 1980.

In 1993, on the anniversary of La Victoria, it was heard by Adolfo Menacho, who called him to join the ‘Orquesta de las Multitudes Hey Hey Camagüey’, where he was a part for 30 years.

In 2023, Alex Ramírez decided to go solo, strengthening his career with national and international tours, demonstrating once again his talent and versatility as an artist on each stage.

The well-known performer of ‘Me surrender to you, ‘Ya para que’, and ‘Vida sinsen’, has been nominated twice for the Latin Grammy and has won the Las Vegas Festival as a soloist, in addition to obtaining the award for best folkloric performer at the Viña del Mar Festival, winning the Silver Gaviota and establishing himself as an outstanding representative of the genre.

Currently, under the record label Play Music Peru, the flavor icon releases his album ‘I’m okay’, a striking masterpiece, under the production of Oscar Huaranga, with a unique sound and style, its own musical touch captured in 12 songs, a luxury repertoire that will explode with rhythm and flavor on social networks and the most important radio stations in the country.
