For the keke:


  • 2 eggs
  • Vanilla essence
  • Stevia to taste
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable drink (it can be almond, oatmeal, coconut or any of that style)
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 cup of almond flour




  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon of Greek or plain yogurt




  • 2 egg whites, stiff




Mix all the ingredients of the keke in a container and put it in an oven-safe glass container for 25 minutes at 180 ° C. Remove, let cool and make holes in the keke with the help of a fork. Combine the milks and pour on top. Put in the refrigerator for 30 more minutes. Decorate with the healthy chantilly and you can decorate with strawberries.
