The Colombian urban music singer Blessed This Thursday he presented his new single ‘Mírame’ with the Medellín producer Ovy On The Drums, managing to reach the top of the music trends charts in Colombia on its first day, as the artist celebrated on his social networks.
The single comes three months after releasing his third studio album ‘Si Sabe’, with which it accumulated millions of views on digital platforms and managed to reach number 1 worldwide in its debut on Spotify.
In ‘Mírame’, the singer remembers a past love that ended between mistrust and jealousy: “I thought it was for life, but you lose what you don’t take care of,” although he ends up regretting the loss and hoping with hope “that in the future future” get together again.
This new production is the prelude to the next release of the remix of this third album, according to their press office: “will serve as an appetizer for an evolved version of their most recent album: ‘Si Sabe Deluxury Edition’.”
Blessd’s new heartbreak song is written in collaboration with Colombian composer Keityn, who has managed to position his talent writing songs by global artists such as Shakira, J Balvin, Ricky Martin, Karol G and Bizarrap among others.
Stiven Mesa Londoño, known as Blessd or ‘El Bendito’, at only 24 years old, is part of the new generation of reggaeton artists who come “from Medellín to the entire world.”
Blessd is joined in this new generation by other artists such as Feid, Nath and Ryan Castro, among others. They, supported by the path that Maluma, J Balvin and Karol G opened in the world, managed to put Medellín at the center of the urban scene.
