Muvid Awards 2024: call for international music video festival begins in Peru

Muvid Awards is the name of the festival that was created to highlight the work of Peruvian filmmakers in the music video industry.

The event is organized by Music Video Peru, an ally of the main music video festivals in the world such as Bamvfest (Argentina), UKMVA (United Kingdom), mvf awards (Brazil), SAM Festival (Chile) and Bogmvfest (Colombia), in alliance with UPC Cultural.

Applications to participate in the festival are open to audiovisual communicators, production companies, record labels, artists, bands and other professionals in the field.

The competition will have more than 10 categories, including Best Video, Best Director and Best Art Direction.

Applicants will be evaluated by a jury of professionals with national and international experience.

Applicants must be over 18 years old. Their video clips must have been released between August 1, 2022 and December 31, 2023.

The call will be open until May 10.
